About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Sushi Chef who has experience cutting fish, making sushi, classic rolls and maki. This position will be responsible leading training for our Sushi program; and working with our R+D Executive Sushi Chef and training our staff in our multi-concept restaurants in NY & NJ .
The experience you have
- 10 + years of Sushi experience either working in a top-quality restaurant, hotel or high-end food service environment.
- Experience training and teaching others in the Kitchen
- Strong HACCP knowledge
- Comfortable working in a team environment

Compensation/Benefits
$105,000 plus equity. Additionally, we provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.
