Sushi Culinary Trainer

About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Sushi Chef who has experience cutting fish, making sushi, classic rolls and maki. This position will be responsible leading training for our Sushi program; and working with our R+D Executive Sushi Chef and training our staff in our multi-concept restaurants in NY & NJ . 

The experience you have

  • 10 + years of Sushi experience either working in a top-quality restaurant, hotel or high-end food service environment. 
  • Experience training and teaching others in the Kitchen
  • Strong HACCP knowledge
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
