About the role

At WonderX, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Revenue organization. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll prospect, qualify, negotiate and close agreements with some of the largest companies in the world. You'll play a founding role in developing the strategy and execution for our Enterprise sales strategy and approach. This is a highly collaborative, fast paced team who loves working and solving challenges together.

In this role you will

  • Prospect into targeted strategic accounts within designated book of business and move leads through the sales process including qualifying, pitching, closing and on-boarding new accounts 
  • Create and develop relationships with key decision makers at Mid-Market and Enterprise companies in order to penetrate key accounts 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through sales process to ensure operational excellence upon deal completion 
  • Help develop the sales strategy and approach to identifying and creating messaging, personas, sales efficiency and velocity  
  • Own sales activities and process from outreach to negotiation to signed agreements  
  • Maintain a consultative approach with prospective customers to help develop the packages and pricing that align with our business model 
  • Sell to global corporate decision makers, including the C-Suite, to land net-new major accounts that produce 7 and 8-figure revenue deals 

The experience you have

  • Repeatable success selling to Enterprise companies and closing 7-figure deals 
  • Proven ability to develop external champions who can advocate internally and execute within a complex sales cycle  
  • Strong communication, written and engagement skills 
  • Analytical thinker with an ability to drive solutions from data 
  • Operating in ambiguity and demonstrated success of being entrepreneurial in a startup environment

Base Range: $136,500k - $157,500k

OTE Range: $195k -225k
