About the role

Wonder is looking for a high-impact Product Manager to build product experiences that enable and empower our marketing team with the right tools and capabilities to execute on Wonder’s strategic goals. As a Product Manager, you will help prioritize the Martech roadmap and build internal tools for marketing that will enable segmented targeting, communication and in-app experiences. Wonder is looking for a PM that is educated and up to date on the MarTech landscape and will help us build a first-class technology stack. 

  • Work closely with the rest of the consumer product organization and key stakeholders to define a long term vision for our marketing technology roadmap
  • Own and develop a product strategy that is designed to deliver value to our internal stakeholders and Wonder in general
  • Prioritize the MarTech roadmap based on outcomes and proactively communicate commitments and updates to your stakeholders and leadership
  • Build strong relationships with marketing, product, design and engineer to drive martech roadmap forward
  • Communicate product performance and impact to the business and stakeholders
  • Integrate user research, marketing trends and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure product satisfies need 

The experience you have

  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading initiatives and cross functional teams 
  • 4+ years working directly with marketing teams focused on acquisition and/or retention marketing
  • Experience building out marketing stack that includes data integrations, attribution modeling, analytic platforms, and segmentation tools
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to make product experiences
  • Clear communication style (written and spoken). Able to communicate clearly to various departments include product, design, marketing, engineering, user research, legal and leadership
  • Experience working in e-commerce is a must
  • Experience working with Braze and MovableInk is a plus 

Base Salary: $141,750-$168,000
