Responsibilities:

  • Greets and directs visitors while monitoring access and maintaining security by following established procedures.
  • Promptly and courteously answers and directs all calls. Responds to inquiries, gives direction and provides assistance as needed.
  • Keeps informed of company policies and procedures, answers related internal and external questions.
  • Promotes positive relations for all employees and guests by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
  • Assist with day to day calendar events and provide support to Management.
  • Starting rate: $15-$17/hour

The experience you have

  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must effectively prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with, and respond to requests from employees, vendors and visitors
  • Ability to function independently, have flexibility, and demonstrate personal integrity
  • 2-3 years of previous Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience.
