About the role

The Associate Director, Revenue Operations will be an integral member of the WonderX team reporting to the VP, Wonder Works.  This role will develop foundational revenue operations processes and own key enablement initiatives across Sales and Account Management. This requires someone who has a high level of attention to detail, pride in their work, and ability to solve complex problems in a systematic way.  This role will be a part of a highly analytical and execution-oriented team accustomed to succeeding in a high growth, highly dynamic startup environments where each team member has direct decision-making authority. 

  • Build and lead day-to-day Sales reporting and KPI monitoring, and own forecasting and planning activities 
  • Structure the B2B sales pipeline and identify opportunities to improve the funnel 
  • Own incentive compensation strategy, including comp structures, use of spiffs, etc. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute on opportunities for sales process improvement 
  • Launch and manage internal systems, and drive rigor around data collection 
  • Lead and drive key sales strategies – including value prop, sales scripts, trial strategies, etc. 
  • Over time, build team to oversee prospecting, internal systems, and other key areas 
  • Manage various projects end-to-end from ideation through scalable execution 

The experience you have

  • 8+ years of professional experience in sales operations, business planning, sales support management, or similar roles
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation capabilities; performing highly analytical analysis in most recent experience required
  • Excellent communication/writing skills and effective at communicating with and presenting to Executive Management
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a natural curiosity that leads to a quick understanding of new subjects
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • High level of critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity

Base Salary Range: $157,500 - $183,750
