About the role

We’re looking for a Manager of Acquisition Marketing to be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the company. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic marketer with a deep understanding of various marketing channels, data-driven decision-making, and a strong track record of delivering measurable results. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, content, and analytics, to drive successful marketing initiatives and optimize performance.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), offline marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and target key customer segments effectively.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, including customer acquisition costs (CAC), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV), and other relevant metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, design, content, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and report on marketing performance regularly to key stakeholders. Make data-driven recommendations for marketing budget allocation and optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders, to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing initiatives.

The experience you have

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, adtech systems, and other marketing technologies.

Base Salary: $120,750
